Joe Vitko Auctions was built to take the stress out of liquidating estates, business contents, and collections. Whether you’re settling an estate, downsizing, relocating, or clearing out after a major life change, we handle all details—organizing, cataloging, marketing, and selling your items through live or online auctions.

About the Owner — Joe Vitko

My name is Joe Vitko, the owner. I grew interest in antiques and collectibles at around seven years old. My interest grew from visiting antique shops to collecting coins, and eventually starting my own business at just twelve years old selling antiques and collectibles in a booth I rented at an antique shop.

With help from my parents, I was able to maintain steady business. I was an apprentice auctioneer from 2016 until receiving my full license in 2018. I'm dedicated to getting the most value for my clients. My mission is to do the absolute best for my clients.

We conduct live or online auctions onsite, tailored to your property and schedule. We take professional photos to help optimize top dollar for our clients, and every auction begins with a free consultation.

Clean-Outs & Junk Removal

Whether it’s a garage or a full house of contents, we clear it to broom-swept floors and make the property market-ready. During quoting, we assess valuables upfront and provide a value back credit toward the job.
